We process business data that Customers and Users enter into the platform, including work order records, customer and client contact details, scheduling and dispatch data, invoices and financial records, technician and employee profiles, estimates, sign-off sheets, electronic signatures, and uploaded media files.
Usage & Activity Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with WorqWize: pages and features accessed, actions taken, session duration and frequency, feature usage patterns, error logs, and clickstream data.
Device & Technical Information
When you access WorqWize via browser or mobile app, we collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type and model, screen resolution, time zone, and network connection type.
Location Data
When field technicians use the WorqWize mobile app, precise GPS/geolocation data may be collected if location services are enabled for features such as technician tracking or job site check-ins. Location permissions are managed through the device's operating system settings.
Communications Data
If you contact us for support or billing inquiries, we collect the contents of your communication, support ticket details, and feedback or survey responses.

5. Data Retention
- Active Accounts: Data retained for the duration of the active subscription.
- After Termination: Customer data retained for 90 days following account termination, during which export is available. After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.
- Usage & Log Data: Retained up to 12 months for security and troubleshooting.
- Financial Records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years per applicable tax and financial regulations.
- Support Records: Retained for 3 years following case resolution.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve WorqWize:
- Essential Cookies: Required for core platform functionality such as authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled without impairing the platform.

WorqWize is a professional B2B platform intended solely for use by businesses and their employees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). 10. International Data Transfers
S-Cube Technologies LLC is headquartered in the United States. If you access WorqWize from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
