When subscribing to or creating an account on WorqWize, we collect full name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, job title, username and encrypted password, and subscription plan details. Payment information is processed through our third-party payment processors and is not stored on our servers.

Customer Business Data (Service Data)

We process business data that Customers and Users enter into the platform, including work order records, customer and client contact details, scheduling and dispatch data, invoices and financial records, technician and employee profiles, estimates, sign-off sheets, electronic signatures, and uploaded media files.

Usage & Activity Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with WorqWize: pages and features accessed, actions taken, session duration and frequency, feature usage patterns, error logs, and clickstream data.

Device & Technical Information

When you access WorqWize via browser or mobile app, we collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type and model, screen resolution, time zone, and network connection type.

Location Data

When field technicians use the WorqWize mobile app, precise GPS/geolocation data may be collected if location services are enabled for features such as technician tracking or job site check-ins. Location permissions are managed through the device's operating system settings.

Communications Data

If you contact us for support or billing inquiries, we collect the contents of your communication, support ticket details, and feedback or survey responses.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: Creating and managing accounts, processing work orders, schedules, invoices, and enabling field operations.
• Platform Maintenance & Improvement: Monitoring performance, diagnosing issues, developing new features, and optimizing user experience.
• Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, sending transactional emails, providing onboarding assistance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Generating aggregated, de-identified usage analytics to guide product decisions.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

S-Cube Technologies does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers & Sub-Processors: Cloud infrastructure, payment processors, email services, analytics providers, and customer support tools — all contractually bound to protect your data.
• Customer-Directed Integrations: Third-party platforms authorized by the Customer (e.g., accounting software, CRM systems).
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice provided to affected Customers.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of S-Cube Technologies or others.
• Aggregated Data: De-identified, anonymized data that cannot reasonably identify any individual.

5. Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Data retained for the duration of the active subscription.
• After Termination: Customer data retained for 90 days following account termination, during which export is available. After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.
• Usage & Log Data: Retained up to 12 months for security and troubleshooting.
• Financial Records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years per applicable tax and financial regulations.
• Support Records: Retained for 3 years following case resolution.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve WorqWize:

• Essential Cookies: Required for core platform functionality such as authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled without impairing the platform.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your settings and preferences for a personalized experience.
• Analytics Cookies: Collect information about platform interactions to improve performance and usability.
• Marketing Cookies (Website Only): Used on our marketing website for ad relevance and campaign tracking — not inside the authenticated application.

9. Children's Privacy

WorqWize is a professional B2B platform intended solely for use by businesses and their employees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). If we discover we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete such information. 10. International Data Transfers

S-Cube Technologies LLC is headquartered in the United States. If you access WorqWize from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on legally recognized mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA).
